How do I apply a discount?
Simply add the discount code at checkout to redeem the offer.
Codes cannot be applied retrospectively, or a refund given in lieu of a code that was not applied to an order.
If using an express mode of checkout like Apple Pay, complete your purchase at checkout (and not quick pay or in-cart) for the discount code to apply.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
We offer FREE delivery on orders to anywhere in Australia over $100 AUD. To qualify for the free shipping threshold, the total cost of the order must be $100 AUD or more after any discount codes are applied.
We do not offer free shipping on international orders.
Can I cancel or amend my order after I've placed it?
Our team works fast to prepare and send all orders as quickly as possible, which means we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Please double check all your details before placing an order.
Delivery & Returns
How long does standard shipping take in Australia?
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Please allow between 3-8 business days for you parcel to arrive once you have received your dispatch email for standard shipping. Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any delays that may occur. Please refer to the tracking link that can be found in your order confirmation to follow the updates of your parcel. Delays may be experienced over public holidays and long weekend.

New Zealand
Standard shipping to NZ will incur a flat rate of $10.95 AUD. Please allow from 6-27 business days.
Rest of World
We currently ship to United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and United States. Standard shipping will incur a fee of $25.95 AUD. Please allow from 6-27 business days. We do not offer free shipping for international orders.
All orders are sent with tracking. Please refer to the tracking link in your order confirmation email to track the status of your parcel.
International orders may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please check your tracking information before contacting the FUCA customer service team.

Can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number from Aus Post so you can follow your parcel's journey to you.
Can I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase, and due to the nature of the product and size of our business we cannot accept returns. If a product you have ordered is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately or within 5 days. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Please quote your name and order number when emailing hello@fucaorganic.com providing details of the damage, including photos. Once the item has been returned, a refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method, or a replacement is sent free of charge.
Results vary from person to person and we cannot accept returns as a result of change of mind, any skin conditions or reactions. We are always happy to help if you have any questions before and after purchase, and recommend reading the full ingredient list, suitability and how to use information first.
Do you offer gift boxes?
Each product is presented in a bespoke, beautifully designed carton. Each order is carefully hand wrapped with bespoke tissue paper. It's the perfect choice as a gift for someone special.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift receipt?
Each order comes with complimentary bespoke tissue paper and you can include a personalised note with your order by adding a message in the box provided on the cart page, before checkout. There is no receipt or delivery slip with the order.
Can items in my order be sent to different addresses?
Each order can only be delivered to one address. The easiest way to send multiple products to different addresses is by placing separate orders for each.
What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Please check your Aus Post tracking link in your confirmation email to make sure it is not still out for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of re-delivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us, payment for a second delivery attempt may be charged. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Product questions
Can I use your products during chemotherapy?
Our entire range is suitable for the most sensitive skin, including those going through chemotherapy treatment. We formulate without the Fuca Dirty Dozen, 12 ingredients known to irritate sensitive skin. To read more about the Fuca Dirty Dozen, click here. If you have any particular skin sensitivities or medical concerns, we do always recommend checking with your doctor or test patching on a small area of the skin first.
Are your products suitable for use during pregnancy?
Our entire range is safe for use during and after pregnancy and while breastfeeding. We do not formulate with any essential oils or synthetic fragrance, which can be skin irritants and expectant mums in particular look to avoid these.
If you have any particular skin sensitivities or medical concerns, we do always recommend checking with your doctor or test patching on a small area of the skin first.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All of Fuca ingredients are of vegan origin. Fuca does not test on animals.
What packaging do you use?
We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint and choosing sustainable and eco-friendly packaging options.
We use glass bottles were possible for its recyclability and safety for consumers over plastic. Where products are used in the shower, we opt for PET plastic bottles as an eco-friendly option that is 100% recyclable and BPA-free.
Each product comes in a beautifully designed carton. Our cartons are made from sustainably managed forests and are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved.
Each order is carefully hand-packed with fully recyclable paper and our cardboard delivery boxes are fully recyclable, made from 100% recycled material. There is no single use plastic, bubble wrap or packing tape.

Are your products natural?
Every ingredient is either certified organic, naturally-derived or nature-identical.
