RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do to the nature of our small business we do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases. If you are unsure as to whether or not our range it suitable for you, we recommend that you email our team first on hello@fucaorganic.com first to see if we are suitable for your skin before purchasing.
Please not that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched + you have received your tracking number.
Although we try and pack things to the best of our ability, sometimes glass can break. If your product is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product for a replacement. A photo of the broken items will be appreciated.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At FUCA we are doing everything that we can to dispatch your order as fast as possible but please note that once your order has been dispatched, there is nothing we can do to speed up the delivery process. It is in the hands of Australia Post! We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the online chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au.
Shipping and handling time frames
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Some delays may be experienced during peak times. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Domestic orders within Australia
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post. Please allow between 3-8 business days for you parcel to arrive once you have received your dispatch email. Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any delays that may occur. Please refer to the tracking link that can be found in your order confirmation to follow the updates of your parcel. Delays may be experienced over public holidays and long weekend.
Please note: If your order requires reshipping for reasons such as the item being returned to us, and the issue lays at fault with the sender. For example, If the wrong address was used at the checkout, the sender will be required to pay for the cost of resending the item.
Australia Post charge us a $10 AUD return to sender fee if the address is entered incorrectly or an item is uncollected. We reserve the right to pass this fee on to our customer is this occurs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
New Zealand
Standard shipping to NZ will incur a flat rate of $10.95 AUD.
Rest of World
We currently ship to United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and United States.
Standard shipping will incur a fee of $29.95 AUD. We do not offer free shipping for international orders.
All orders are sent with tracking. Please refer to the tracking link in your order confirmation email to track the status of your parcel.
International orders may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please check your tracking information before contacting the FUCA customer service team.
Please note, FUCA is not responsible for any international customs fees that may occur.
