**We will be offering a private shuttle from Gold Coast airport to The Tamborine departing at 2pm from Gold Coast airport. The return private shuttle back to Gold Coast airport will be leaving The Tamborine at 11am on Monday the 20th of October. (Please consult with us your flight times so we can try and accommodate all guests).**

• Flights

A 40% nonrefundable deposit will be required to secure your spot. The remaining 60% will be deducted on Monday 1st September 2025.

Cancellation Policy: 50% is refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival.

The retreat is capped at an intimate size of 16 guests. This means that other guests not on retreat will be at the hotel at the same time. We will have exclusive access to certain areas of the hotel over the weekend.

The menu will be curated to be diary, gluten and seed oil free. If you have allergies outside of this please email hello@fucaorganic.com so we can make sure the menu is suitable for you.

Each day is curated to tap into our circadian rhythm, experience time in nature, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system in order to restore adrenal balance, enhance sleep quality and come back to the present.

An example of a full day is below, subject to change. (NB All daily activities are optional. If you want to sleep-in or head to the pool to read a book instead that is absolutely fine!)

Coffee is available at breakfast up until 10am, after that we encourage you to not consume any more caffeine so as not to interrupt your natural circadian rhythm.

Alcohol is available from the pool bar (not included in package price). Alcohol will not be served at main meals to promote mental clarity and a better night's sleep.

We encourage you to leave mobile phones in your rooms for all planned activities and meal times. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of a slight digital detox and be present when enjoying the daily activities.

You can choose from the below treatments. Please email hello@fucaorganic.com to confirm which treatment you want. Each guest will be allocated a time from 4pm-6pm on either the Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon. If we cannot get onto you, you will be allocated a 60 minute Relaxation Massage.

Room check-in is 2pm on Friday the 17th of October and check-out is 10am Monday the 20th of October.

Retreat activities and welcome refreshments will commence from 3pm on Friday the 17th of October. Our final activity will finish at 11am on Monday the 20th of October. Guests waiting for transfers back to local airports are able to use the pool facilities while they wait on the final day.

Located on Tamborine Mountain, Sol Elements is a multi-sensory wellness experience guided by the elements: hot thermal pools, ice baths, a cedar wood sauna, botanical steam room, Earth Lab scrub suite, Himalayan Salt Cave and alfresco fire pit that descends below water level.

Absolutely! Most of the guests attending the retreat with be alone. Attending a retreat by yourself allows you do exactly what you want to do and have some genuine wind down time.

Absolutely. Recovering from cancer treatment requires a lot of healing, rest, reflection and recovery. If there are parts of the program you don't want to join in for please let us know by emailing hello@fucaorganic.com

Shelley is a dedicated yoga teacher and energy healer with and with a passion for guiding students to connect deeper with themselves.

Drawing from over 30 years of personal practice and teaching experience, Shelley’s approach is grounded and heart centred. Her classes and retreats emphasise presence, subtle body awareness, and the power of slowing down to feel more.

Whether leading a flow practice or sharing her teachings on energetic awareness, Shelley invites each student into a space of curiosity, compassion and embodiment.

Jess founded Fuca Clean Skincare in 2024. After going through chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer she found the skincare options for sensitive skin and cancer patients where extremely limited. After her diagnosis she has been on her own health journey to gain a better understanding of how to live well in this busy modern life. Jess has always acknowledged that wellness retreats would be an extension of the Fuca brand. She is passionate about women prioritising themselves and their health so they can live healthier, happier lives.

Yes, Shelley and Jess are in fact related and are sisters-in-law.

The mineral swimming pool is heated to 26 degrees all year round. The mineral spa is heated to 38 degrees all year round.
